Delight Resorts is located in a quiet setting in Fort Cochin,  the heritage zone of Kerala.  The remnants of the early British, Dutch  and Portuguese  settlement is visible in the architecture and the lifestyle of the people.

The resort is close to the Fort Cochin beach  that is dotted with Chinese fishing nets which gives a characteristic charm to the backwaters.  St.Francis Church, the first church built by Portuguese in  Kerala is very near to the resort  and also overlooks the European style parade ground.
